When Exerta replies to comments on your Facebook ads or posts, it can post those replies as your Facebook Page — so responses appear under your brand name and profile picture rather than under an individual account. This keeps your brand consistent across all automated replies and is the recommended setup for most businesses running paid social.

How it works

When you connect a Facebook Page to Exerta and enable “Reply as a page”, all agent replies and moderation actions on that page’s content are attributed to the page identity. The individual account used to connect the page is not shown on replies.

Setting it up

  1. Go to your connected page settings in Exerta.
  2. Enable Reply as a page for the relevant Facebook Page.
  3. Save your settings. New replies from your agents will post under the page identity immediately.
This setting applies per connected page. If you manage multiple pages, configure it separately for each one.
