What’s in the dashboard
Every key metric is visible at a glance, broken down by channel and action type.Replies Sent
Total agent replies delivered across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and live chat — broken down by channel so you can see where your agents are most active.
Comments Hidden
Total spam, negativity, and off-topic comments filtered per channel. Includes Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok moderation actions.
Revenue Recovered
Total sales attributed to Exerta conversations — DM recoveries, exit-intent saves, and live chat closes all roll up here.
Conversion Rate
Your ad conversion rate with Exerta active, compared to your pre-Exerta baseline. Shows the lift your agents are driving.
Cart Recovery Rate
Percentage of abandoned-cart and exit-intent conversations that resulted in a completed purchase.
Automation Success Rate
Percentage of agent actions completed without error, per channel. A healthy agent runs above 95%.
Per-channel status
Each channel you’ve connected has its own live status tile showing today’s action count and automation success rate. You can see at a glance whether your agents are running cleanly and how much work they’ve handled since midnight.
If a channel’s success rate drops below your configured threshold, the tile highlights in amber so you can investigate before it affects customers.
Activity history
All plans include 90 days of activity history — no upgrades required to access your historical data. You can slice your history by:- Channel — filter to Facebook only, Instagram DMs only, TikTok, or live chat
- Date range — pick any 90-day window to compare periods or review a specific campaign
- Action type — filter to replies, hides, lead captures, escalations, or sales recoveries
Interpreting the numbers
The dashboard surfaces a lot of data. Here’s how to read the metrics that matter most:- Revenue recovered — this is the total value of sales that Exerta directly attributed to an agent conversation. A sale counts here when a buyer clicked a tracked link sent by your agent and completed a purchase.
- Automation success rate — the percentage of agent actions that completed without an error or manual fallback. If this drops, check your Live Run Logs for patterns.
- Conversion rate — your current ad conversion rate with Exerta active, shown against your pre-Exerta baseline. A rising number here means your agents are turning more ad clicks into buyers.
- Cart recovery rate — the share of exit-intent and abandoned-cart conversations that ended in a sale. Improving this number usually comes down to the offer you’re authorizing your agent to make.
